YOUR PRIVATE VILLA on Anna Maria Island - Steps from the beach and the bay.

We own both beautiful villas on this property situated in a quiet residential neighborhood.  Both units can be rented together or separately.  Each has a private heated salt water pool with outdoor living space along with their own private garage. 

 

You will find our villas fully stocked for a one week's stay with paper products, cleaning and laundry supplies, linens for beds, towels for  beach and pool, hair dryers, clothes iron and board, etc. - just as if you were staying at a friends home.

Each villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it sleeps 8 comfortably.  The home is multi level with one bedroom located on the main living level and 2 bedrooms and the Master suite located on the upper level.   Each lovely, recently renovated, air conditioned villa has two spacious balconies off the front  living room and the Master suite  and two smaller, shared balconies off the remaining bedrooms.

We are  located a stones' throw from the white sand of Coquina Beach (the southern most beach on Anna Maria Island)  Coquina is a Manatee County funded and maintained beach and is a jewel of the island.  Parallel with the beach is a wonderful paved and shaded walkway used for a bounty of recreation including bike riding, walking and guided Segway tours. The beach offers rest rooms, ample parking, snack bar serving 3 meals a day and offering  entertainment, picnic areas and life guard assistance and supervision.  The island has approximately 7 miles of beautiful  beach front on this west side.

When you arrive, you are ready to kick back and enjoy all that your vacation has in store for you.  You can be as busy as you want with fishing, walking, biking, live theater, restaurants, bars, museums, shopping, para- sailing, jet-skis, etc.  We ride our bikes to explore new places, restaurants and parks including Leffis Key just 1/2 mile away and Robinson's Preserve, just off the island.  Mote Marine & Aquarium is on Longboat Key is a great place to see manatees, sea turtles, native

Florida birds and fish. Relaxing poolside in the heated,  salt water pool with a cool drink is a great way to wrap up an afternoon.  Now a salt water pool is NOT like the ocean, it is like a heavily water softened pool.  It is gentle to skin and eyes, has no odor and will not mess up those expensive, color treated hair doos (not that yours isn't natural)....
